I have always been intrigued by what shapes eminent personalities into who they are — and how they go on to contribute to society. As a student of English Literature at Miranda House, Delhi University — ranked among India's top institutions for the arts — I spent my early years immersed in characters and stories, ruminating on human motive and behaviour, without knowing it then, training the instinct that would later define my work.
That instinct found its discipline at TISS, Mumbai — ranked among India's finest institutes for HR management — where I mastered organizational behaviour and development, learning to anchor individual contribution within the larger purpose of business and society. Between literature's insight into human motive and management's rigor in organizational design, the employee brand architect in me took shape.
That thinking was tested and sharpened over years of HR leadership at leading life insurance companies, where I saw first-hand how organizations rise or stall based on whether they consciously steer the brands of their people — or leave it to chance.
That realization led me to a deeper belief: brand isn't reserved for the top of an organization. Every individual — from the CXO to the first-time manager to the individual contributor — carries a brand that determines whether their capability is seen, trusted, and acted upon. This belief became BSpotted.
I feel a quiet fire in this work — helping people be spotted not for visibility's sake, but so their capability finally reaches the decisions, teams, and outcomes it was meant to shape, and finds its way to genuine contribution — transcending from being a Very Important Person to a Very Important Contributor, in their industry and beyond.
